| Where you choose to purchase and service your new or certified pre-owned VW does make a great deal of difference. The following are some noteworthy facts about our service center including important benefits and considerations we extend to our customers:

- Our service counter is open 7am to 7pm daily Monday thru Friday with FULL DAY Saturday Service Beginning May 5th, 7a.m. to 3:30p.m. by appointment.
- We normally have 5 service counter managers available to assist you. The industry average is only 2 or 3.
- One of the only dealers with a dedicated shop manager with 47 years of VW experience, in addition to our service director with 25 years of automotive experience, available to assist technicians and act as a liaison between our technical staff and Volkswagen of America.
