The 2016 VW Golf SportWagen vs 2016 Volvo V60

Wagons have made a way of coming back, but at Donaldson VW, we believe there is only one true designer when it comes to five-door fun, and that’s of course Volkswagen. A longer and wider version of the everybody's favorite Volkswagen Golf, we take the 2016 Volkswagen SportWagen vs the 2016 Volvo V60. A more than worthy contender, we look at what these two share, but more importantly how they differ.

Right out of the gate, one of the largest gaps between the two sportwagons is price. Because the Volvo bears a luxury badge, it also is given a much higher price tag and restricts its buyers by doing so.

Despite the extra frills the Volvo is able to include, the VW Golf SportWagen does an impressive job of not only keeping up but then pulling ahead by providing a much lower and attainable price range.
