2019 Volkswagen Atlas SE vs. SE with Technology
The sophisticated Volkswagen Atlas is back for the 2019 model year and this time with a variety of updates. This three-row SUV comes packed with a long list of features and is now available with even more luxurious technologies for 2019. Choose from seven trims, including the new SE with Technology and SE with Technology R-Line. That said, what are the key differences between the SE model and the new SE with Technology trim? It really comes down to the types of features included in both. The SE model is one step above the base S trim and is equipped with a variety of equipment, which the SE with Technology model builds on.

The SE with Technology package carries over those features from the SE model and adds adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, an active blind-spot monitor, remote engine start, a power liftgate and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. At the heart of both the SE and SE with Technology models is a 27-hp, 3.6-liter engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is optional.
